Welcome to Fitmango Technologies, Inc. ("Fitmango", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Fitmango regarding your access to and use of our landing website (fitmango.co.in), consumer web application (app.fitmango.co.in), and software platforms.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using any aspect of the Fitmango platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into this contract. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a gym, club, or business entity, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. 100% Free Consumer Service Model
The Fitmango individual consumer web application (app.fitmango.co.in) is provided 100% free of charge. Athletes and individual users are not required to enter payment credentials or purchase subscriptions to access core AI food logging, monthly calorie analytics, and personalized diet charts. We reserve the right to modify or introduce optional premium B2B modules in the future with clear prior disclosure.
3. User Accounts & Security
When creating an account via Google Single Sign-On (SSO) or email authentication, you agree to maintain the security of your credentials and notify us immediately at info@fitmango.co.in of any unauthorized access. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your authenticated session.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the proprietary algorithms, prompt structures, deterministic parsing engines, or database structures powering Fitmango.
- Deploying automated scrapers, spiders, or bots to harvest nutrition databases or gym performance radar data.
- Transmitting malicious payloads, viruses, or attempting to disrupt our hosting infrastructure or API endpoints.
- Inputting fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful content into conversational food logs.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software architecture, logos, visual interfaces, graphic assets, computational algorithms, and educational blog content are the proprietary intellectual property of Fitmango Technologies, Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and patent legislation. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the services for personal fitness tracking or internal gym management.
6. Crucial Medical & Health Disclaimer
Fitmango is an artificial intelligence-assisted educational tracking tool. It is NOT a licensed medical provider, healthcare clinic, or prescription dietary service. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fitmango Technologies, Inc., its directors, officers, and engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to Fitmango in the preceding twelve (12) months or INR 1,000, whichever is less.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in New Delhi, India.
